No, and that’s deliberate. Logging a trade by hand takes 20 seconds and makes you look at what you actually did. Auto-synced journals turn into graveyards nobody reads. CSV import is on the roadmap for bulk history.
Yes. Trades export to CSV from the Journal, and a full JSON export of everything (trades, reflections, letters) is available in Settings. Your data is yours.
In Google Firebase (Firestore), encrypted in transit, isolated per account. We never see your password and there are no third-party analytics scripts on the app pages.
